1. Cleaning chamber
The cleaning chamber is a large-volume plate-type box welded structure, with the inner wall lined with Mn13 wear-resistant protective plates.The cleaning operation is performed in a sealed chamber.The wear-resistant protective panel shields the room walls from abrasion, thereby extending the room's service life.It is beneficial to improve the cleaning quality and efficiency by making full use of the ball rebound function and continuing to effectively hit the surface of the workpiece.The cleaning room features a spacious maintenance door for easy access to replace wear-prone indoor components. A safety interlock switch is installed above the door.The shot blasting machine can only be started after the door is closed.The wear-resistant protective panels used for cleaning the interior are equipped with wear-resistant covers.The nut is cast in the bag and bolted, the head of the protection bolt is not easy to be damaged, and it is convenient to disassemble and replace.
2. Wire Mesh
The device consists of a shaft-mounted reducer, driving roller, driven roller, mesh belt, and tensioning device. First, the shaft-mounted reducer drives the rotation of the driving roller, which in turn moves the mesh belt forward. When the workpiece on the mesh belt passes through the shot blasting chamber, the shot blasting device on the chamber simultaneously throws projectiles at the workpiece, cleaning it. The shaft-mounted reducer uses variable frequency speed control, allowing the workpiece conveying speed to be infinitely adjustable between 0.5-4m/min.

3. Screw conveyor
The screw conveyor is mainly composed of the speed reducer, the screw shaft and the screw shell.

Each gate valve is equipped with a shut-off plate to selectively block shot streams from the separator, allowing individual shot blasting equipment maintenance. The shut-off plates can be adjusted to regulate shot flow rates and configured according to workpiece specifications. By optimizing the number of open/closed valves, the system achieves energy efficiency, reduces equipment wear, and ensures consistent production performance.

6. Separator
This separator is manufactured by Swiss GF Company, which is composed of reducer, screw conveyor and separation device. It has three-level separation function (pure pill, mixed pill and pill-sand mixture) and BE type curtain structure.The mixture of sand and gravel is transported to the separator by a conveyor.In the upper section, the mixture of pills and dust is evenly spread and then passed through.The overlapping seams form a curtain-like structure that guides airflow vertically.Pass through the curtain in the direction of its movement, .  The pulley with the same diameter of the upper and lower lifting machine is welded into a p olygonal structure with the rib plate, wheel plate and wheel hub, so as to enhance the friction force, avoid slipping and prolong the service life of the belt.The cover of the hoist is bent into shape, and the cover plate on the middle shell of the hoist can be opened to repair and replace the hopper and the overlapping belt.The cover plate on the lower shell of the hoist can be opened to remove the blockage of the bottom projectile.Adjust the bolts on both sides of the hoist shell to move the pull plate up and down, which can maintain the tension of the lifting belt.
